Kazuo Takashima was the ex-husband of Akemi Hinazuki, father of Kayo Hinazuki and maternal grandfather of Mirai Sugita.
Not much is known about him except that he was physically abusive towards Akemi, which resulted in her mother forcing her daughter to divorce him. He then abandoned them both, leaving Kayo to be raised by a single mother, his fate is unknown after that.
